Departments organise career days, internship schemes and targeted events\u2014for example, the Department of Animal Production\u2019s events on connecting graduates with the labour market\u2014to ensure smooth school-to-work transitions.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/oneplanet.uth.gr\/\">One Planet Thessaly<\/a>, UTH\u2019s innovation, technology transfer and entrepreneurship centre, supports students and researchers in developing entrepreneurial skills, creating spin-offs, and engaging with industry, clusters and public authorities.
