benefits<\/h2>\n<p>All students studying at the University of Thessaly receive:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free textbooks (approximately 300-1000 Euros per semester)<\/li>\n<li>Subsidized phone and internet access (approximately 15 Euros per month)<\/li>\n<li>Subsidized transportation both locally and regionally (between 25% and 50% off full-fare)<\/li>\n<li>Subsidized housing (if the yearly family income is less than 30,000 Euros)<\/li>\n<li>Low cost meals (three meals for 3.5 Euros per day)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If specific financial criteria are met, students are further eligible for:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Free housing<\/li>\n<li>Free meals<\/li>\n<li>Full tuition waiver for Master&#8217;s programs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The University has instituted approximately 200 tax free
